As we finalize closeout on Westfield Charter Academy, WarrantyVault reconciled the delivered closeout package against the project specifications. Four required deliverables are still outstanding. Per Spec Section 01 78 00 (Closeout Submittals), these are conditions of final completion and release of retainage.

Please provide the following:

1. Kitchen hood fire-suppression system — warranty certificate
   Required by Spec 21 30 00. Not found in the delivered package.

2. Gym floor finish — manufacturer warranty
   Required by Spec 09 64 66. Not found in the delivered package.

3. Elevator — O&M manual
   Required by Spec 14 20 00. Not found in the delivered package.

4. Water heater (WH-1, A.O. Smith) — nameplate serial number
   Needed to register the manufacturer warranty. Model was provided; serial was not.

A detailed gap report is attached. Once these are received we can close out the warranty log and issue the owner handover binder. Please advise on timing this week.
